JANITORIAL SERVICES
Normal custodial service, which is offered through our building maintenance division, is by far the largest share of our business. KDM CLEANING INC. provides daily and nightly custodial service to over fifty locations nationwide including weekend and holidays where required. We offer cleaning services to a diverse base of clients who occupy a range of facility types; from single offices to multi-story, multi-tenant buildings, airports, medical, banking, health clubs, spas, hotels, condominiums and apartments, movie theaters, restaurants, automobile dealerships, and industrial facilities.

SUPPLIES
KDM CLEANING INC. can provide you with quality hand towels, roll towels, sanitary napkins, toilet paper, trash liners, hand soap, light bulbs, air fresheners, cups and over fifty other items considerable below market rates. Due to our size on nationwide basis this considerable savings will be passed onto the client.

CARPET SHAMPOOING
Our carpet-cleaning department uses the state-of-the-art shampooing techniques such as steam cleaning, bonneting method and dry foam. KDM CLEANING INC. will provide your facility with the appropriate service regardless of the size of the building.

STRIP AND WAX
This department provides strip and wax service using the best available machines and products. KDM CLEANING INC. uses only Butchers or Johnsons wax which are well known throughout the building services industry.

SPECIALTY DEPARTMENT
This section provides services to any conditions that are not scheduled or emergency conditions like floods, construction cleanup, one-time cleanup and many others on seven days a week, 24 hours a day basis.

HOTEL DIVISION
This division is our newest division and headed by not only skilled, professional cleaners, but by an individual who personally knows the nature of the business atmosphere and personnel functioning within that industry.

MOVIE THEATER DIVISION
KDM CLEANING INC. provides cleaning services to regular and stadium seating theaters throughout the country. KDM CLEANING INC. provides services to most of the nation’s largest organizations.

TRASH REMOVAL
KDM CLEANING INC. can provide your facility with daily solid or non-solid waste removal based on the container (dumpster) size requested by the property management.

RECYCLING
KDM CLEANING INC. is a leader in setting up your facility with everything you need for today’s important environmental concerns and laws as an important step in saving our countries natural resources.

COMMUNICATION
A Log Book will be placed with the property manager or in a designated area. Each night the building supervisor will check and sign off the log book for any concerns or comments that would be related to our service. Our area manager will also review the Log Book to ensure service quality. KDM CLEANING INC. supervisors will also use the Log Book to report any deficiencies such as breach of security, leaky faucets, burned out bulbs, etc. KDM CLEANING INC. area managers also inform the property manager through telephone calls. KDM CLEANING INC. will also provide you with cellular numbers for your area manager and building supervisor.

RESPONSE GUARANTEE
Should you be in need of immediate service, KDM CLEANING INC. guarantees to have a manager at your office or the building within twenty-four hours of your call.

SECURITY
All personnel are screened and checked as permitted by law, trained in our training facilities for operations, safety and OSHA blood born pathogens requirements and then permanently assigned to each facility. All building supervisors and area managers, regardless of their experience level, must attend and complete our Security Procedure, OSHA Training, Quality Control and Customer Relationship seminars.

INSURANCE
All KDM CLEANING INC. personnel are insured with two million dollars ($2,000,000) of commercial general liability insurance, ten thousand ($10,000) janitorial bond, and worker’s compensation insurance.

UNIFORMS/IDENTIFICATION BADGES
All day and night personnel are uniformed and carry identification badges for recognition.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS
KDM CLEANING INC. is one of very few companies in the industry that uses internally developed software programs to monitor quality levels at its contracts. This tool enables KDM CLEANING INC. to monitor any deficiency trends and respond in an appropriate manner to resolve the problem and even retrain the individual(s) performing the task. It then monitors that area to prevent it from recurring in the future.

QUALITY CONTROL
KDM CLEANING INC. will assign a permanent quality control manager to your building. He/she will communicate with the tenants and property manager on a regular and ongoing basis to review our performance and quality level. Each building will be inspected by KDM CLEANING INC.’s area manager on a weekly basis. Should problems occur, our quality control supervisor responds immediately and resolves them through the building supervisor. Any problem then will be monitored by our state of the art computer and the operations manager personnel to prevent additional recurrences.

NATIONAL QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
Our national manager insures the compliance of regional quality control staff to our procedures, training systems, guidelines, and standards. Our national operations managers also review various supplies and chemicals to insure that the cost of our service to your is kept under control while providing excellent service to the buildings within that region.
